The Duty Free shops at Puntacana airport make leaving a bit easier. The newest addition to the lineup is Victoria Secret (opened yesterday). Then there are options of Dominican Republic rums (dark or light), DR coffee (delish), DR cigars (said to be better than Cuban), Presidente beer (most popular island drink) and jewelry made from Larimar stone (only mine where it is found is in DR; the light color of turquoise is said to simulate the blue of the Caribbean Sea).
